Thomas Schmidt<\/strong>, AIA, LEED AP, Managing Director of <strong>Sepia Design Consultants Limited<\/strong> was featured as a speaker at the 20th Anniversary 2009 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hicapconference.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) <\/a>on Friday, 16 October 2009 in Hong Kong.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Schmidt participated in a multi-disciplinary panel presentation entitled<em> &#8220;Doing Well and Doing Good &#8212; Sustainability Best Practices&#8221;<\/em> where he presented a series of best practices related to sustainable hotel design and planning.&nbsp; The interactive panel discussion, moderated by Andrew Jones of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sanctuaryresorts.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Sanctuary Resorts<\/em><\/a>, also included William Black of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ativahospitality.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Ativa Hospitality<\/em><\/a> and Jules Kwan of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbnhotels.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>URBN Hotels &amp;
